摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的深入推进,以"民心相通"为核心的"五通"建构,使得中国与周边国家和地区的发展合作进入到一个新的高度,使跨国民族之间的文化共享将更为便捷,文化的跨国共享现象也日渐显现。但这并不是因跨国民族的同源性,习俗艺术上的先赋性等而必然导致的结果。中越边境布傣天琴文化跨国共享案例表明,必须依靠多方的共同努力,从政府到民间,从艺术到生活,不断传承创新,营造出合作和谐的边疆边境环境,文化上的跨国共享才得以维系、扩展。
At present, with the further development of The Belt and Road initiative(B&R) and the establishment of the"Five-Pronged Approach"with the core of People-to-people bond, China’s developmnt cooperation with neighbor countries and regions has entered a new height. It is bound to make the cultural sharing between transnational ethnic groups more convenient and the phenomenon of transnational cultural sharing has gradually emerged. However, this is not the result of the homogeneity of transnational nationalities and the predisposition of custom and art. The case of the cross-border sharing of Budai Tianqin culture on the border between China and Vietnam shows that it is necessary to rely on the joint efforts of various parties, from the government to the people, from art to life, to constantly inherit and innovate, and to create a cooperative and harmonious border environment, so that the cross-border cultural sharing or cross-border cultural circle can be maintained or expanded.
