摘要
以某大型电动工具制造企业注塑车间为研究对象,对其存在的物流路径迂回、自动化水平低、人机利用率低等问题,运用工业工程中的生产流程分析、秒表测时、提问回答技术等对车间机台布局与生产流程进行了全面优化,包括将软硬胶分区布局、取消人在机边作业、优化人员配置、增加机械手和传送带、采用AGV搬运等措施。新方案下物流路径显著缩短、人力成本大幅降低、自动化水平有所提高。
This article mainly researches on the problems of a large-scale electric tool manufacturing enterprise,such as circuitous logistics path,low automation level,low manmachine utilization rate and so on.It optimizes the layout and production process of the injection molding workshop by using the production process analysis,stopwatch method and questionand-answer technology in industrial engineering,including soft and hard rubber partitioning,elimination of people working at the machine side,optimization of personnel allocation,increase of manipulators and conveyor belts,use of AGV handling and so on.The logistics path has been significantly shortened,the manpower cost has been greatly reduced,and the automation level has been improved.
