摘要
基于方向松弛的无效率模型测算三大城市群2007~2016年的绿色全要素生产率,通过莫兰指数与变异系数分析其空间相关性,并采用空间自回归模型考察其影响因素。结果表明:三大城市群绿色全要素生产率偏低,均值从高到低排名为珠三角、长三角及京津冀,资源与环境是导致绿色全要素生产率无效率的主要因素;京津冀由空间负相关改善为空间正相关,长三角和珠三角地区保持显著的空间正相关关系,但三大城市群均不存在σ收敛;最后基于实证结论提出针对性建议。
Based on the direction-relaxation inefficiency model,measuring GTFP of the three major urban agglomerations from 2007 to 2016,this paper analyzes the spatial correlation by Moran’s I and coefficient of variation,and the spatial autoregressive model is used to inspect the influencing factors.Results show that the GTFP of the three major urban agglomerations is low,and the average value is ranked from the highest to the lowest in the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta and Jing-Jin-Ji.Resources and environment are important sources of GTFP inefficiency.Jing-Jin-Ji improved from spatial negative correlation to spatial positive correlation,and the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region maintain a significant spatial positive correlation,but there is noσconvergence in the three major urban clusters;finally,based on the empirical conclusions,make targeted suggestions.
