摘要
光是限制植物生长发育的重要因素之一,由于多种地理及环境因素的影响以及套作等栽培模式的应用,使得弱光环境在中国的作物栽培中广泛存在。植物面对弱光环境时通常有两种不同的应对策略,即耐荫反应与避荫反应。本综述总结了近年来植物荫蔽响应的研究,介绍了植物对弱光的感知、避荫反应和耐荫反应在形态学及生理特征上的差异以及两种策略的分子机制,并对未来两种策略的研究可能存在的问题和方向进行了展望。研究并阐明植物应对荫蔽的策略及其分子机制,对提高植物耐荫性、筛选和培育耐荫品种以及推广复合种植模式具有重要意义。
Light is one of the important factors that limit plant growth and development.Due to some geographic and environmental factors and some cultivation mode such as intercropping system,weak light environment widely exists in the cultivation of crops in China.Plants usually have two different strategies when facing a weak light environment:shade tolerance and shade avoidance.This article summarized the researches on plant shade response in recent years,introduced the plant perception of shade,the differences in morphological and physiological characteristics between shade avoidance response and shade tolerance response,and prospected the future research direction and problem of the two strategies.Studying and illuminating the strategies and molecular mechanisms of shade tolerance is of great significance for improving shade tolerance,screening and breeding shade tolerant varieties and popularizing compound planting patterns.
