摘要
乡村教师乃乡村教育之本,乡村教师职业吸引力作为吸引人才就业、促进教师安业与乐业的力量,既是民族地区乡村教育亟待弥补的"短板",也是民族地区乡村教育振兴的"着力点"。当前,民族地区乡村教师存在贤才难招、现才难留以及英才难育等问题。为此,民族地区乡村教师职业吸引力的提升应针对当地乡村教育的特殊需要,以"专业"、"法治"、"民生"和"系统"等理念为导向,采取多元联动的措施提升乡村教师职业供给力、增强乡村教师职业保障力、提高乡村教师职业发展力,确保民族地区乡村教师"引得来"、"留得住"并"教得好"。
Rural teachers are the foundation of rural education,and their professional attraction,a driving force toattract talents to work as rural teachers and make them work at ease and with optimism,is not only the "gap" to beurgently filled but also the "focal point" for revitalizing rural education in minority regions. At present,it is difficult torecruit talented people as rural teachers,retain outstanding rural teachers,and cultivate outstanding rural teachers inminority regions. Therefore,to enhance rural teachers’ professional attraction in minority regions,relevant agenciesshould,based on the special needs of rural education,and guided by such ideas as "professionalism," "rule of law," "people’s livelihood," and "systemization," take diversified measures to increase the supply of rural teachers,strengthentheir job security,and promote their professional development to ensure that sufficient rural teachers can be recruited,that they can work at ease as rural teachers in minority regions,and that they can do a good job of teaching.
