摘要
采用CFX软件建立弹簧气孔套进气段流道结构有限元模型,并用计算流体力学(CFD)解析流道速度场分布、压力场分布、出口流量变化曲线。模拟可视化分析结果表明:将弹簧气孔套阀杆锥面与柱面直角过渡改为圆弧(半径为0.3mm)过渡,消除了流道转折处涡流;流道出口流量增大22.5%,至1.74×10^(-4) kg·s^(-1),最大轴向气动力降低29.4%,至1.2 N。
The finite element model of flow field in the air inlet section of spring vent was established by CFX software. The velocity field distribution,pressure field distribution and air outlet flow curve of the channel flow field were analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The simulation results showed that the right-angle transition of stem conical and cylindrical surface changed to arc transition(R=0. 3 mm),the channel bend vortex was eliminated,the outlet flow rate increased by 22. 5% to 1. 74×10^-4 kg·s^-1,and the maximum axial aerodynamic force was reduced by 29. 4% and down to about 1. 2 N.
