摘要
在自制的环氧树脂体系中加入不同含量的镍粉,制得复合材料。采用扫描电镜,红外光谱,热重分析仪,红外成像等方法对复合材料的性能进行了表征,通过自制的电磁加热器测试了材料的涡流效应和融冰性能。结果表明,涡流效应可使镍粉/环氧树脂复合材料迅速均匀升温,增加镍粉用量和电磁感应输入功率可提升涡轮加热效果。镍粉用量为环氧树脂和固化剂总质量80%的样品具有最大除冰速率(2.7×10-2 g/s)。研究表明在绝缘基体中掺杂导磁粒子可产生涡流效应,利用这一特性除冰切实可行。
The composite was prepared by adding different amounts of nickel powder to a self-made epoxy resin system. The properties of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared imaging. The eddy current effect of the materials was tested by self-made electromagnetic heaters,and the ability of melting ice of the materials was studied. The results showed that the eddy current effect could heat the nickel powder/epoxy composite quickly and uniformly. The eddy current effect could be improved by increasing the amount of nickel powder and electromagnetic induction input power. The samples with a nickel powder content of 80% of the total mass of the epoxy resin and curing agent had a maximum deicing rate(2.7×10^-2 g/s). The studies showed that doping the magnetically permeable particles in the insulating matrix could produce eddy current effects,and it was feasible to use this feature to deice.
