摘要
目的分析吉林省主要地区:长春、洮南、扶余、吉林等地人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状,了解吉林省各地区整体HPV流行情况并以此对吉林省各地区的临床预防、感染管理、指导提供理论依据。方法选用2017年8月至2018年4月接收的3 733例女性阴道分泌物门诊标本,进行HPV基因分型检测。结果共检测3 733份样本,阳性结果986例,总阳性率26.41%;吉林省各地区HPV感染率以及各亚型感染率具有显著的地域差异:长春地区HPV感染率31.86%,洮南地区HPV感染率18.30%;长春地区与洮南地区HPV52型取代16型成为最常见的感染类型,其52型感染率占比分别是17.03%,15.52%;吉林省各地区主要流行的亚型为HPV16型、HPV6型,其占比分别为17.44%、15.31%;吉林省各地区女性感染者年龄层主要集中在45岁以下,感染率最高为≤25岁,其占比为40.00%;吉林省各地区以单一型,高危型感染为主,单一感染的感染率36.51%。结论 HPV高危亚型正威胁着吉林省各地区女性健康。
Objective To understand HPV(human papillomavirus)epidemic in Jilin province so as to provide basis for clinical prevention,infection management and guidance.Methods 3733women’s vaginal secretions samples were collected from Aug 2017 to Apr 2018 for genotyping of HPV.Results Among the 3733 samples tested,there were 986 positive results(26.41%).HPV infection rate and infection rate of each subtype had significant geographical differences in various regions of Jilin,with the rate of 31.86% in Changchun and 18.30% in Taonan.Type HPV52 was the most common infection in the two cities,accounting for 17.03% and 15.52% respectively.The most prevalent subtypes in the province were HPV16 and HPV6,accounting for 17.44%and 15.31%respectively.The population of women infected was mainly below the age of 45.The highest rate of HPV infection concentrated in the group of 12-25 years old,accounting for 40.00%.Jilin was dominated by single-type(36.51%),and highrisk infection.Conclusion HPV high-risk subtype is threatening women’s health in Jilin province.
