摘要
目的了解大学生艾滋病健康信息素养的现状及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的艾滋病健康信息素养问卷对武汉市某综合大学1 158名大学生进行调查。结果大学生艾滋病健康信息素养总分为(125.35±14.334)分,得分率为67.8%,健康信息意识、知识、能力、道德得分在41～185分之间,分别为(9.43±1.732)分、(40.31±6.312)分、(59.80±7.601)分、(15.82±2.075)分;得分率分别为62.9%、67.2%、66.4%、79.1%。不同年级、专业学科类别、家庭所在地、家庭人均年收入、父母教育程度、是否独生子女艾滋病健康信息素养得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示性别、家庭所在地、家庭支持、朋友支持是艾滋病健康信息素养的影响因素。结论大学生不具备艾滋病健康信息素养,学校应加强对大学生艾滋病健康信息素养的教育。
Objective To understand the status of college students’ AIDS health information literacy and influencing factors.Methods A survey of 1158 college students was conducted by means of self-made AIDS health information literacy questionnaire.Results The total score of AIDS health information literacy was 125.35 ±14.334,with the rate of 67.8%.The scores of health information awareness,knowledge,ability and morality(score rate)were 9.43±1.732(62.9%),40.31±6.312(67.2%),59.80±7.601(66.4%),and 15.82±2.075(79.1%).Difference of student grades,subject categories,homeplace,family per capita annual income and parents′education level was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,homeplace,family support and friends′support were the influencing factors of AIDS health information literacy.ConclusionCollege students do not have AIDS health information literacy.The education of AIDS health information literacy should be strengthened among college students.
