摘要
本文对Q245R与06Cr19Ni10钢的焊接性能进行了分析,研究了Q245R与06Cr19Ni10异种钢焊接缺陷产生的原因,通过选用相匹配的焊接材料,制定合理的焊接工艺,获得性能优良的焊接接头,有效控制异种钢焊接缺陷的产生,从根本上确保焊接质量。
This paperanalyzed the weldability of Q245R and 06Cr19Ni10 steel and the cause of these dissimilar steel welding defects.It markedthe reasonable welding process andobtainedwell performance of welded jointby choosing a matching of welding material.This welding procedure can control the production of dissimilar steelwelding defectseffectively and fimdamentally ensure the welding quality.
