摘要
目的探究家属同步健康教育对肝癌介入治疗患者情绪、生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2016年9月—2017年8月期间在河南省中医院接受介入治疗的肝癌患者为研究对象。按照入院时间将患者分为两组,2016年9月—2017年2月期间治疗的42例患者为对照组,2017年3—8月接受治疗的41例患者为观察组。对照组给予常规护理和健康教育,观察组在此基础上配合家属同步健康教育,包括日常健康教育、视频观看及微信群教育。在患者入院后和出院前测量患者的SDS、SAS得分及生活质量,出院前调查两组患者护理满意度。结果两组患者入院后SDS、SAS得分及生活质量得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前观察组SDS、SAS得分低于对照组;观察组患者的角色功能、情绪功能及整体生活质量评分均较对照组高;两组患者护理满意度比较,观察组高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种形式的家属同步健康教育能够提高肝癌介入治疗患者生活质量,改善患者不良情绪,提高护理满意度,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of family synchronous health education on emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in liver cancer patients with the interventional therapy. Methods From September 2016 to August 2017, we selected liver cancer patients with interventional therapy at Henan Province Hospital of TCM as subjects by convenience sampling. All of the patients were divided into two groups according to admission time, including control group treated between September 2016 and February 2017 (n=42) and observation group treated between March 2017 and August 2017 (n=41) . Control group received routine nursing and health education. On the basis of that in control group, observation group carried out family synchronous health education involving daily health education, video viewing and education by WeChat group. And then, the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and quality a life of patients were evaluated after admission and before discharge;the patients' satisfaction with nursing were investigated between two groups before discharge. Results After admission, there was no statistical difference in the scores of SDS, SAS and quality of life of patients in two groups (P>0.05) . Before discharge, the scores of SDS and SAS of observation group were lower than those of control group;the scores of role function, emotional function and overall quality of life of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group;patients' satisfaction with nursing of observation group was higher than that in control group;the differences were all statistical (P<0.05) . Conclusions Family synchronous health education in various forms can improve quality of life, negative emotions and nursing satisfaction in liver cancer patients with the interventional therapy. It is worth to be further spread and applied.
