摘要
胆总管结石是临床上一类常见疾病,该病的治疗方法有手术治疗及内镜治疗。随着内镜技术的发展,内镜下治疗胆总管结石已成为首选,目前对于胆总管结石的内镜治疗主要包括内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开取石术(EST)和内镜下乳头球囊扩张术(EPBD),两者各有利弊。近年来发现,将EST与EPBD联合应用,有望获得令人满意的取石效果。笔者对国内外应用EST和EPBD治疗胆总管结石的研究进展进行综述。
Choledocholithiasis is one kind of common disese in clinic and its treatment methoses include surgical and endoscopic treatment.With the development of endoscopic techniques,endoscopic treatment for choledocholithiasis has become the first choice.At present,endoscopic treatment for common bile duct stones mainly includes endoscopic duodenal papillary sphincterotomy(EST) and endoscopic papillary balloon dilatation(EPBD).Both of them have their pros and cons.In recent years,it has been found that the combination of EST and EPBD is expected to achieve a satisfactory stone removal effect.This paper,reviews the application of EST and EPBD in the treatment of common bile duct stones.
