摘要
目的 观察综合护理对耳针联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹患者心理、生活质量及疼痛的影响。 方法 采用方便抽样法,选取2015年5月—2018年2月在台州市立医院中西医结合科进行诊治的带状疱疹患者130例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。患者均采用耳针联合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预。采用SAS、SDS、皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)及威斯康星简要疼痛目录(WBPI)评价两组患者心理状态、生活质量及疼痛情况。 结果 两组患者干预前SAS、SDS、DLQI、NRS及WBPI评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS、DLQI、NRS及WBPI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对耳针联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹患者进行综合护理干预,可有效纠正患者不良情绪,有利于提高患者生活质量,降低患者疼痛程度,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on psychology, quality of life and pain of herpes zoster patients treated by ear acupuncture combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping.Methods A total of 130 cases of shingles patients who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Taizhou City Hospital from May 2015 to February 2018 were selected by convenience sampling method. According to the random number table method, all the research subjects were divided into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The patients were treated with auricular acupuncture combined with puncture and cupping. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. Patients' psychological status, quality of life and pain were compared between the two groups, by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) , Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) , NRS score and Wisconsin Brief Pain Inventory (WBPI) .Results There was no statistical significance in the difference in SAS, SDS, DLQI, NRS and WBPI before intervention (P>0.05) . After the intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, DLQI NRS and WBPI of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusions Comprehensive acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture and cupping in the treatment for patients with herpes zoster can effectively correct the patient's bad mood, help improve the patient's quality of life and reduce pain levels in patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
