摘要
目的:分析2015—2017年南通市人感染H7N9禽流感流行病学特征及外环境应急监测结果,为科学防制提供依据。方法:收集2015—2017年南通市人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学调查资料和外环境应急监测资料,并采用描述性分析方法进行统计分析。结果:2015—2017年南通市16例人感染H7N9禽流感病例均在11月至次年5月发病,来自城市和农村的比例为1∶1。病例年龄中位数66岁,男女比例为4. 3∶1,病死率为68. 75%。8例病例曾有活禽市场暴露史,153份活禽交易市场环境标本中检出H7N9核酸阳性25份,阳性率16. 34%; 132名密切接触者中仅2人出现轻微流感样症状,所有密切接触者的咽拭子H7N9禽流感病毒核酸检测均为阴性。结论:南通市人感染H7N9禽流感病例均出现在冬春季节,老年男性是发病的主要人群,加强外环境尤其是活禽交易市场监测是防控人感染H7N9禽流感工作的重点。
Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and surveillance results of human infection with avian influenza A( H7 N9) virus in Nantong so as to provide a scientific basis for rational control and prevention of avian influenza( H7 N9). Methods: The information about the H7 N9 cases reported and relevant surveillance in Nantong during 2015-2017 was collected and descriptively analyzed. Results: Sixteen cases of human infection with avian influenza A( H7 N9) were confirmed between 2015-2017,including 11 cases of death( 68. 75%). The confirmed cases mostly reported in winter and spring,and male case proportion was higher than female( 4. 3 ∶ 1).50% cases were sporadic and occurred in rural areas,but no epidemiological association was observed among the cases. 8 cases had been exposed to the live poultry markets where the positive rate of novel influenza A( H7 N9)virus in environmental specimens was 16. 34%( 25/153). Two of the 132 close contacts to confirmed cases appeared mild flulike symptoms. No positive result related to novel influenza A( H7 N9) virus nucletic acid was detected from each close contacts throat swabs. Conclusion: Strengthening monitoring in the people and environment is the key work for prevention and control H7 N9 virus.
