摘要
海上S油田化学驱注入系统流程腐蚀现象较为严重,从不同区块不同水源水质组成开始研究,分析流程腐蚀原因及主要腐蚀产物铁离子对化学驱工作液性能的影响。结果表明,该油田水源井水、生产污水、配聚用水主要为Ca Cl2水型,含有较高浓度的氯离子,导致注入系统管线易腐蚀。同时流程腐蚀产生的铁离子、亚铁离子影响配制聚合物溶液的性能,亚铁离子对聚合物溶液黏度影响较大,当其浓度为3mg/L时聚合物溶液黏损高达60%,影响化学驱效果。
The flow corrosion of chemical flooding injection system in Offshore S Oilfield has been serious.The water quality composition of different water sources in different regions was studied. The causes of flow corrosion and the influence of iron ions on the performance of chemical flooding working fluid were analyzed.The results show that the types of water from water wells,production flow and polymer reparation process were mainly CaCl2,with high concentration of chloride ions,which leads to the pipeline corrosion of the injection system. At the same time,iron ions and ferrous ions produced by process corrosion affect the performance of polymer solution. Ferrous ions have a great influence on the viscosity of polymer solution. When the concentration was 3 mg/L,the viscosity loss of polymer solution was as high as 60%,affecting the chemical flooding effect.
