摘要
沥青质沉积对油田生产会造成严重危害。介绍了常用的沥青质清除方法:机械清除、化学清除和微生物清除,其中化学清除的沥青质分散剂是目前广泛采用的一种清除方法。还总结了沥青质分散剂的不同评价方法,包括流体力学参数法、光谱法、压差法等;归纳了近年来研究的沥青质分散剂的种类,主要有含羟基衍生物、烷基苯衍生物类、高分子类、离子液体等,阐述了不同种类的沥青质分散的抑制机理;最后对沥青质分散剂的研究方向进行了展望。
Asphaltene deposition may cause severe hazard to the production of oilfield. The common methods of removing asphaltene including the methods of mechanical removal,chemical removal and microbe removal among which the chemical removal method is most widely used currently are introduced. Various methods of evaluating asphaltene dispersants including hydrodynamic parametric method,spectroscopic method,and differential pressure method,etc. are summarized,the kinds of asphaltene dispersants including hydroxy-containing derivatives,alkylbenzene derivatives,polymers,and ionic liquids,etc. for the most part that have been investigated in recent years are summed up,the depression mechanisms of the asphaltene dispersants of different kinds are described,and the future research direction of asphaltene dispersants is discussed.
