摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取新汶矿业集团中心医院2015年12月—2017年12月收治的扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭患者58例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组在常规西医治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参麦注射液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后超声心动图指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)],并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LVEF、LVEDD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论参麦注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病并心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,其可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,提高其心功能及生活质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of shenmai injection combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 58 cases of patients diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure were selected from December 2015 to December 2017 in Central Hospital of Xinwen Mining Group Co Ltd,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given trimetazidine on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with shenmai injection based on control group,both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect,echocardiogram indexes(LVEF,LVEDD) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences of LVEF or LVEDD between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of LVEF was higher than control group,LVEDD was smaller than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions was happened.Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with trimetazidine have an exact clinical effect in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,promote heart function and quality of life,and with higher safety.
