摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取昆山市第三人民医院2016—2017年收治的T2DM患者50例,测定其空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平,同时做Hp检验。比较不同血糖、血脂条件下患者Hp感染率。结果空腹血糖>7.0 mmol/L组、餐后2 h血糖>11.1 mmol/L组患者Hp感染率高于空腹血糖≤7.0 mmol/L组、餐后2 h血糖≤11.1 mmol/L组(P<0.05)。TC>4.5 mmol/L组、TG≥1.7 mmol/L组患者Hp感染率高于TC≤4.5 mmol/L组、TG<1.7 mmol/L组(P<0.05)。结论Hp感染不利于T2DM患者的糖脂代谢,与T2DM的糖脂代谢紊乱有密切联系,因此根治Hp对T2DM患者的临床治疗具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on glucose and lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetic mellitus patients(T2DM).Methods A total of 50 patients with T2 DM were selected from 2016 to 2017 year in Kunshan Third People’s Hospital.The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)levels were measured.At the same time,Hp test was performed.The Hp infection rates of patients with different blood glucose and lipid levels were compared.Results The infection rate of Hp in patients with fasting blood glucose>7.0 mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L was higher than the prtients with fasting blood glucose ≤ 7.0 mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose ≤ 11.1 mmol/L(P<0.05).The infection rate of Hp in patients with TC>4.5 mmol/L and TG ≥ 1.7 mmol/L was higher than the patients with TC ≤ 4.5 mmol/L and TG<1.7 mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion Hp infection is not conducive to the metabolism of glucose and lipid in patients with T2 DM,which is closely related to the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with T2 DM.Radical treatment of Hp has a positive significance for the clinical treatment of patients with T2 DM.
