摘要 点阵射频是在射频技术基础上,通过电极或一系列成对排列的微针,以点阵模式发出射频,形成矩阵式的微治疗区。研究证明,其在皮肤美容领域可作为一种安全、有效的方法,用于皮肤松弛、痤疮及瘢痕、腋臭等皮肤问题的治疗,还可辅助经皮给药。由于其保留一定量完整的正常皮肤,可为修复提供支持,促进和加速伤口愈合,疼痛、红肿、结痂等不良反应少,且相比点阵激光,其引起炎症后色素沉着发生率低,因此更适合深肤色人种。该文对点阵射频技术在皮肤美容领域的临床应用进展作一综述。 Fractional radiofrequency(FRF) is a kind of radiofrequency technique that sends electric current from electrode or microneedle arrays to heat the dermis in a fractional pattern. Current clinical and fundamental studies showed that FRF is an effective and safe treatment in cosmetic dermatology, which can be used to treat skin laxity, acne and scars, axillary osmidrosis and other dermatological problems. Since it may retain a certain amount of normal intact skin, it can provide supports for repairing and accelerate wound healing. Moreover, FRF has less side effects, such as pain, erythema, edema, and crusting. Compared with ablative laser, for its low incidence of post-inflammatory pigmentation, FRF is more suitable for deeper complexion population. In this review, the new clinical application progress of fractional radiofrequency was reviewed.
