摘要
研究采用生物膜-活性污泥组合工艺(IFAS)处理模拟市政污水,硫化物作为电子供体,推动自养反硝化脱氮。在厌氧无COD添加,NO_3^-、S_2^-的质量浓度分别为(100±10)、(80±5) mg/L,温度25℃,水力停留时间12 h的条件下,共运行140 d。结果表明,生物膜具为作用细菌在反应器中提供了稳定的生长场所,反应器稳定达到95%以上的TN去除率。硫氮摩尔比对硫化物最终产物有直接影响,适宜运行pH条件为8.0等结论。该技术可实现高效脱氮,有着反应可控性高、装置简易、反应建立时间短,且运行稳定、污泥产量少好等优点,适用于低碳氮比的市政污水处理及工业污水。
The integrated fixed-film activated sludge(IFAS) was used to treat simulated municipal wastewater and the sulfide was used as electron donor to promote autotrophic denitrification. The operation ran 140 d under the conditions of anaerobic non-COD addition, mass concentration of NO3^- and S2^- was(100±10) mg/L and(80±5) mg/L respectively, temperature was 25 ℃ and hydraulic retention time was 12 h. The results showed that, The fixed-film provided a stable growth site for the bacteria in the reactor, and the total nitrogen removal rate stabled at more than 95% of the reactor. The sulfur-nitrogen ratio(S/N) had a direct effect on the final product of the sulfide and the optimum p H for the operation was 8.0. The technology can realize high-efficiency denitrification, which has the advantages of high reaction controllability, simple experimental device, short reaction set-up time, stable operation and less sludge yield, and is suitable for the municipal sewage treatment and industrial sewage with low carbon and nitrogen ratio.
