摘要
起晕场强是阀厅金具电晕控制的重要依据,针对±800 kV特高压换流站阀厅金具防晕设计裕度过大问题,在海拔高度分别为50 m和4300 m的试验室开展了管母线和屏蔽球的起晕电压试验。利用起晕电压试验、Peek公式和Ansys三维电场仿真计算结果,给出了±800 kV阀厅不同类型金具的防晕最小设计尺寸,并在此基础上提出了阀厅金具表面场强控制建议。建议±800 kV阀厅管形金具等效管径不小于150 mm、球形金具等效球径不小于800 mm、边缘倒角曲率半径不小于30 mm。提出±800 kV阀厅金具场强控制原则为:等效直径大于200 mm的管形金具、近似圆柱体或球形金具其起晕场强控制值不大于12 kV/cm,等效直径不大于200 mm的管形金具或近似圆柱体金具其起晕场强控制值不大于18 kV/cm。研究成果为±800 kV阀厅金具的防晕优化设计提供了一定的参考依据,为后续阀厅金具表面场强控制标准制订提供了技术支撑。
Corona onset field strength is one of the important parameters for corona control of fittings in converter station valve hall,considering the over-adequacy problem of anti-corona design of fittings in ±800 kV UHV DC valve hall,the corona onset voltage tests of tube bus and shielding balls are carried out in labs with altitude of 50 m and 4 300 m.Based on the results of corona onset voltage tests,Peek formula and Ansys 3D electric field simulation calculation,the minimum anti-corona design sizes of different fittings are obtained,the suggestions for the surface electric field control principles of valve hall fittings are proposed.It is recommended that the equivalent pipe diameter of tubular fittings shall not be less than 150 mm,the equivalent ball diameter of the shielding ball fittings shall not be less than 800 mm,and the radius of chamfered edge curvature shall not be less than 30 mm.In accordance with the field strength control principle of no more than 12 kV/cm when the equivalent diameter of valve hall fitting is greater than 200 mm and no more than 18 kV/cm when the equivalent diameter is less than 200 mm.The research results provide a reference for anti-corona optimization design in ±800 kV valve hall of electric power fittings,and also provide technical support for developing the surface field strength control standard.
