摘要
精神分裂症是一种常见的精神疾病,王彦恒经过50多年的临床实践,提出"不通则乱,乱则不通"是精神分裂症的基本病机,"精神障碍,以通为本"是精神分裂症最重要的治疗方法,灵活使用疏肝理气、清热化痰、清泄阳明、活血化瘀等各种通法,取得了良好的临床疗效。
Schizophrenia is a common mental illness. Professor Wang Yanheng,a national prominent TCM doctor who has engaged in the field of psychiatry for more than fifty years,puts forward that"blocking will be followed disharmony,and disorder followed blocking"is the basic pathogenesis of schizophrenia,and the "unblocking-based"strategies is the most important treatment for schizophrenia.Professor Wang has used various methods such as relieving depressed liver,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,cleaning and purging yang ming and activating blood,etc,which has obvious clinical efficacy.So it is worth further exploration.
