摘要
临床药师敏锐判断1例癫痫患者使用卡马西平致重症药疹案例,并提出换用抗癫痫药,先后注射大剂量激素及静脉注射用免疫球蛋白抗过敏治疗等有效建议,使患者癫痫及药疹均得以控制,生命体征平稳。临床药师参与药物致重症皮炎的处置,在保障患者安全、合理用药方面发挥了重大作用。
This artical reported that clinical pharmacists identified an epileptic with severe drug eruption due to carbamazepine and put forward many effective suggestions, such as changing antiepileptic drugs, and using large dose hormone injections and intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) to prevent allergies. With the treatment, the patient’s epilepsy and drug eruption were under control, and showed stable vital signs. Clinical pharmacists participates in the disposal of severe drug eruption, plays important role in ensuring safe and rational drug use.
