跨团队协作管理病区备用药品的效果分析 被引量:10

Effect of cross-team collaboration on the management of spare drugs in the wards

摘要 目的加强病区备用药品的规范化管理,保证患者用药安全。方法回顾性分析本院2016年3月—2017年2月各科室药品管理检查结果,对存在的问题进行调查统计,医、药、护三方跨团队协作,制订改进措施,比较共同管理病区药品前后的效果。结果药品管理的科室由76个增加至84个,改善前与改善后比较,基数不符由76例(8.33%)下降至23例(2.24%);近效期及失效药品由173批次(18.97%)下降为72批次(7.00%);储存条件不符由71例(7.79%)下降至16例(1.56%);麻精药品管理不规范由30例(3.29%)下降至4例(0.39%);标识不清由65例(7.13%)下降至17例(1.65%);自查记录不完整由58例(6.36%)下降至11例(1.07%);存在问题未解决由18例(1.97%)下降至0例(0.00%)。结论医药护协作管理病区药品,保障了药品质量及患者用药的及时和安全、有效。 Objective To strengthen the standardized management of spare drugs in the wards, and to ensure patient medication safety. Methods Drug management inspections in various departments of our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were analyzed. Measures were developed after investigating and conducting cross-team collaboration. The effects of co-administration of drugs in the wards were compared. Results The number of departments practicing drug management increased from 76 to 84, base mismatch decreased from 76(8.33%) to 23 cases(2.24%) after the management, and the number of close to expiration and expired drugs decreased from 173(18.97%) to 72 cases(7.00%). Conditionally inconsistent storage reduced from 71(7.79%) to 16 cases(1.56%), and management of non-standard special drugs from 30(3.29%) to 4 cases(0.39%). Unclear drug identification decreased from 65(7.13%) to 17 cases(1.65%);incomplete self-examination record from 58(6.36%) to 11 cases(1.07%), and the problem of 18 cases(1.97%) was all solved after the improvement. Conclusion Medical professionals cooperate in the management of medicines in the wards ensure the quality of drug, guarantee the patient’s medication timely, safely and effectively.
