摘要
目的探讨胸痛中心认证对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者救治效率的影响。方法回顾性分析德阳市人民医院胸痛中心认证后6个月(2017年10-2018年3月)和启动前同期6个月(2016年10月-2017年3月)ST段抬高型心肌梗死病例,并对胸痛流程中关键指标进行比较和分析。结果在通过认证后,平均每月D2B时间为(82.1±12.4)min,明显短于认证前(95.3±20.2)min(P<0.05);心电图传输比率为79.0%,转诊患者占28.0%,均显著高于认证前0%和15.8%(P<0.05)。结论胸痛中心认证推动了胸痛中心规范化建设,显著提高了STEMI患者院外和院内抢救效率,缩短了救治时间。
Objective To study the impacts of the chest pain center accreditation on the efficacy of hospital care in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infaretion(STEMI).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on cases of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted into Deyang people's Hospital from 2017.10 to 2018.03 after the accreditation of chest pain center and from 2016.10 to 2017.03 before the accreditation,The key indicators in the chest pain process were compared and analyzed.Results The average D2B time after accreditation was (82.1±12.4)minutes,which significantly shorter than the time of (95.3±20.2)minutes before accreditation(P <0.05).The ECG transmission rate was 79% and the referral patient rate was 28%,which significantly higher than the ratio of 0% and 15.8% before acereditation(P<0.05).Conclusions The accreditation of chest pain center has promoted the standardized construction of chest pain center,significantly improved the efficiency of pre-hospital and in-hospital rescue for STEMI patients,shortened the treatment time.
