摘要
建立了气相色谱-串联质谱快速检测塑料菜板中多环芳烃的方法。样品经液氮冷冻研磨,甲苯超声提取、离心、旋转蒸发后,用气相色谱-质谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。采用DB-5MS柱进行分离,进样口温度280℃,氦气流速1.0 ml/min。检测结果表明:16种多环芳烃在0.1~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.03 mg/L,定量限(S/N=10)为0.1 mg/L,平均回收率为79.0%~97.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为5.2%~9.9%。该方法具有优异的灵敏度和稳定性,满足塑料菜板中多环芳烃的分析检测和准确定量。
A method for the rapid detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in plastic cabbage by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The samples were frozen and ground with liquid nitrogen, extracted by ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation, rotary evaporation, and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The samples were separated by DB-5MS. The temperature of injection was 280 ℃ and the flow of helium was 1.0 mL/min. 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons present a good linear relationship within the range of concentration of 0.1~10.0 mg/L, the detection limit of the method(LOD, S/N=3) is 0.03 mg/L, and the quantitative limit(LOQ, S/N=10) is 0.1 mg/L. The average recovery rate is 79.3%~97.33%, and the relative standard deviation(n=6) is 5.2%~9.9%. The method has excellent sensitivity and stability, and can be used for the analysis, detection and accurate quantification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in plastic cutting board.
