摘要
基于非洲公路工程施工管理的重要性,阐述了非洲公路工程施工的特点,详细分析了其施工管理中存在的管理人员素质、施工材料质量和施工监管问题,并针对这些问题提出了一些具体的优化措施,以提高非洲公路工程的建设管理水平,为企业带来更多的经济效益。
Based on the importance of construction management of highway engineering in Africa,this paper expounds the characteristics of highway engineering construction in Africa,analyzes in detail the quality of management personnel,construction material quality and construction supervision problems existing in its construction management,and puts forward some specific optimization measures to solve these problems,in order to improve the construction management level of highway engineering in Africa,and bring more economic benefits.
