摘要
为明确安徽省主栽水稻品种对水稻病害的抗病性差异,评价安徽省中籼稻主栽品种的抗病性,为水稻病害绿色防控,农药减量施用增效和抗病品种合理布局提供参考,采用田间自然鉴定和人工接种鉴定相结合的方法,对安徽省中籼稻13个品种进行了抗病性鉴定。结果表明,供试的13个品种中,对条纹叶枯病均表现为高抗;对稻瘟病表现抗病的品种4个,中抗的品种7个,感病的品种2个;对纹枯病表现中抗的品种8个,感病的品种5个,没有抗病及以上抗性的品种;对稻曲病表现高抗的品种2个,表现抗病的品种10个,表现中抗的品种1个。对白叶枯病表现抗病的品种2个,感病的品种11个。种植抗病品种是有效控制病害的措施之一,对植物的抗病性进行鉴定在病害流行监测上具有重要的作用。
In order to clarify disease resistance difference of main rice varieties in Anhui Province,the disease resistance of the main cultivars of the middle-season indica rice was evaluated, which would provide references in eco-friendly control of rice diseases, reducing pesticide application rate with better control efficiency, and the rational distributions of resistant varieties. The method of combining field identification with artificial inoculation was adopted to identify disease resistance for 13 of indica rice varieties in Anhui Province. The results showed that all the 13 tested varieties performance high resistance to rice stripe disease;there were 4 varieties resisting to rice blast, with 7 varieties of moderate resistance and 2 varieties susceptible to the disease;there were 8 varieties moderately resistance to sheath blight disease, with 5 varieties susceptible to the sheath blight without resistance and high resistance variety;there were 2 varieties with high resistance to false smut, 10 varieties with resistance, 1 variety with moderate resistance;there were 2 varieties with resistance and 11 varieties with susceptibility to bacterial blight. The plantation of disease-resistant varieties is one of the measures to effectively control the disease, and the identification of plant disease resistance is of great importance in the epidemic monitoring.
