摘要
探索了复合分散体系对低温法高聚合度PVC树脂粒度分布、颗粒形态、产品质量的影响。结果表明:不使用HPMC,采用中、高醇解度的二元PVA分散体系所制得的PVC树脂颗粒疏松,粒度分布集中,内部结构改善,熔体流动时间减少,加工性能及光学性能明显提高。
The effect of composite dispersion system on particle size distribution, particle morphology and product quality of high polymerization degree PVC resin produced by low temperature method was investigated. The results showed that, the PVC resin prepared by the binary dispersion system compounding with medium and high alcoholysis degree PVA instead of HPMC had loose particles, concentrated particle size distribution, improved internal structure, reduced melt flowing time, and significantly improved processing and optical properties.
