摘要
文中介绍了光纤测温在开关柜中的应用,分析了现有光纤存在的缺点,提出光纤集成式触头盒设计的思路,阐述了该光纤集成式触头盒的设计、加工、装配和光纤走线布局,最后进行了试验验证。光纤集成式触头盒和走线方式具有外形整洁,光纤长度短,有效地解决了光纤裸露在外带来的凌乱、绝缘等问题,提高了产品可靠性,降低了整体成本,满足温升在线监测的要求。
The application of fiber-optical temperature measurement to the switchgear is introduced,and the shortcomings of the existing optical fiber are analyzed. Hence,the design of an optical fiber integrated insulating bushing is discussed in terms of the processing,the assembly,and the layout of the optical fibers. Verification test indicates that the designed optical fiber integrated insulating bushing and its optical fibers layout are neat in appearance with shorter fibers,thus the problems of untidy status and insufficient insulation due to the exposed fibers are effectively solved,the reliability is improved,the overall cost is reduced,and the requirements of online temperature monitoring are met.
