摘要
改革开放40年,我国职业教育师资队伍建设经历了恢复发展期(1979-1984年)、体系构筑期(1985-1997年)、调整巩固期(1998-2011年)、深化发展期(2012-2018年)四个阶段,职业教育师资建设取得历史性成就,规模稳定中增长、结构不断优化、素质不断提升、体系不断完善,职业教育师资队伍建设呈现出"从职前培养走向职前培养职后培训相结合""从学校培养走向企业参与培养""从注重数量规模走向高素质专业化""从专科本科层次走向研究生层次"的特点和规律,未来应从全面加强师德师风建设、全面提升专业素质能力、全面深化体制机制改革、全面提高教师地位待遇4个方面下大力气,力求造就一支党和人民满意的高素质专业化"双师型"职教师资队伍。
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the construction of vocational education teachers in China has gone through four stages: the period of recovery and development(1979-1984), the period of system construction(1985-1997), the period of adjustment and consolidation(1998-2011), and the period of deepening development(2012-2018). The construction of vocational education teachers has made historic achievements, with steady growth in scale, constant optimization in structure, constant improvement in quality, and constant optimization of system. In the future, it is suggested to comprehensively strengthen the construction of vocatoinal moral level of vocational educaton teachers, improve the professional quality and ability, deepen the reform of system and mechanism, and improve the status and treatment of vocational education teachers, so as to build high-quality and professional"dual-quality"vocatoinal education teachers which is satisfied by the Party and People.
