甘草酸对癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤的保护作用及机制 被引量:8

Mechanism and protective effect of glycyrrhizic acid on hippocampus hippocampal neurons injury in epileptic rat models with epilepsy

摘要 癫痫是一种临床上表现为反复性、刻板性、暂时性及发作性的脑部疾病[1-2]。我们构建癫痫大鼠模型,探讨甘草酸对癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤的作用及其机制。一、材料与方法采用45只sD雄性大鼠氯化锂-匹鲁卡品点燃制作癫痫模型,大鼠麻醉后断头取脑组织,并在4℃条件下钝性分离大鼠双侧海马组织,在液氮罐中保存。
