高速公路改扩建工程地基拓宽段力学响应分析 被引量:18

摘要 为探究高速公路改扩建工程拓宽段在填筑高度、拓宽宽度和新路基填土不同参数下的力学行为变化,文章通过建立ANSYS有限元拓宽路基计算模型,对拓宽路基的竖向沉降、水平位移、竖向应力和剪应力等力学响应进行系统分析,总结其相应变化规律。研究表明:路基控制沉降的能力随填筑高度的增加在不断减弱且填筑高度不宜过高;拓宽宽度对新旧路基的影响比填筑高度更为显著,竖向沉降、水平位移和竖向应力与拓宽宽度呈线性关系增长;采用高弹性模量的新路基,其竖向沉降、水平位移下降明显,但仍存在着高剪应力;各参数状态下,最大竖向应力和最大剪应力均出现在新旧路基搭接处及其下方地基位置,故新旧路基交界处一定要严格按设计及施工标准进行质量控制。 In order to explore the mechanical behaviors of widening section of expressway expansion project under different parameters of filling height,widening width and new roadbed filling,in this paper through the establishment of ANSYS finite element calculation model of subgrade widening,systematical analysis is carried out to the subgrade vertical stress,horizontal displacement,vertical stress and shear stress and other mechanical response,the corresponding changing rules are summarized.The results show that:the ability of subgrade control settlement decreases with the increase of filling height and filling height should not be too high;the effect of widening width on old and new subgrade is more significant than filling height;vertical settlement,horizontal displacement and vertical stress increase linearly with width;the new embankment with high elastic modulus,the vertical settlement,horizontal displacement decreased significantly,but there is still high shear stress;under the condition of each parameter,the maximum vertical stress and the maximum shear stress appear at the lapping of the old and new subgrade and lower part of the foundation position,so the overlap of old and new subgrade must be strictly controlled according to the design and construction standards.
