摘要
为预防碘缺乏病,民国时期云南开始了中国最早的食盐加碘活动。由于各种原因,云南食盐加碘活动的成效不是特别明显,但其为未来中华人民共和国时期的食盐加碘工作提供了很有益的借鉴。本文就这段历史做一概略介绍。
In order to prevent iodine deficiency disorders, Yunnan Province started the earliest iodization of salt in China during the period of Republic of China. Due to various reasons, salt iodization in Yunnan Province was inefficient, but it provided beneficial references for salt iodization of People's Republic of China. This article gives a brief introduction to this period of history.
