摘要
目的:分析糖尿病足截肢术后幻肢痛患者应用孟宪杰名老中医自拟方剂治疗后疗效。方法:将符合标准的80例糖尿病足截肢术后幻肢痛患者采用随机数字表法分组,对照组40例给予康复治疗,观察组40例联合姜黄葛根汤口服,2组患者均治疗6周后对比治疗后临床疗效、负性情绪及幻肢痛改善效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%,SF-MPQ及HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在康复治疗基础上联合应用孟宪杰教授自拟方剂能够更为有效减轻疼痛,改善负性情绪,进一步提升治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Meng Xianjie's famous traditional Chinese medicine prescription after treatment of patients with phantom limb pain after diabetic fool amputation.Methods:80 patients with phantom limb pain after standard amputation of diabetic foot were grouped by random number table.40 patients in the control group were given rehabilitation treatment.40 patients in the observation group were combined with Jianghuang Gegen soup orally.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,negative emotion and phantom limb pain improvement effect of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that ofthe control group (80.00%),and the SF-MPQ and HAMA scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of rehabilitation therapy,Professor MENG Xianjie's self-made prescription can effectively alleviate pain,improve negative emotions and further improve the therapeutic effect.
