摘要
培育大企业集团是我国企业改革的一个重要战略目标,然而,我国大企业与世界500大相比,无论在经营规模上还是在经营质量上都存在着很大差距。中国企业成长缓慢的原因存在外部环境和内部环境两方面。我国企业应该向世界500大学习,以采取相应对策培育大企业集团。
Cultivting bigenterprisegroup is an important objective of the reform of chinese enterprises.However,compare with world500-big-enterprise,the gap is exist not only in the scale of management but also in the quality of management.The causes that Chinese enterprises grow slowly have two parts:outside environment and inside environment.Our entireprises should learn from world500-big-enterprise,take appropriate measures to cultivate bigenterprise groups.
