摘要
基于传递矩阵理论 ,建立了平整机液压AGC系统动态数学模型 ,对其滤波特性进行了数字仿真。仿真结果表明 ,液压AGC系统在大多数频率范围内对平整机辊系振动有滤波效果 ,但在高频区存在一谐振点 ,在该频率处 ,油缸振动加剧。研究表明 ,蓄能器在低频区对系统滤波特性起重要作用 ,但在高频区效果不明显。
Based on transfer matrix theory, a dynamic characteristic model of HAGC(Hydraulic Automatic Gage Control System) of Tamper mill is developed, and the filtering characteristics of HAGC are simulated. It is proved that HAGC can absorb vibration of roll stack effectively in most of the frequency domain. But there is a resonant point in high frequency domain, at which hydraulic actuator vibrate strongly. The accumulator play an important role in low frequency domain but not effective in high frequency domain. The simulated results are good agreement with experiments.
