酪氨酸羟化酶与帕金森病 被引量:8

摘要 酪氨酸羟化酶是左旋多巴递质合成中的一个限速酶 ,在帕金森病中起重要作用。综述了酪氨酸羟化酶 (TH)的性质和结构特点 ,调节机制以及在帕金森病治疗中的作用。
