The thesis briefly introduces the construction of sales-related subject in data warehouse for tobacco businesses and how to utilize these techniques to carry out profound customer analysis, market analysis, product analysis, promotion analysis and alarm analysis. It argues that the employment of data mining technique aiming at the improvement of information management standard lends support to the establishment of customer-oriented operation mode and to the improvement of competitiveness of tobacco businesses.
