摘要
本文提出一种适合寒冷地区使用的热泵空调系统 ,该系统采用带辅助进气口的涡旋压缩机 ,在低温工况时通过辅助进气口向压缩机工作室喷制冷剂 ,以此改善热泵内部压缩过程来提高热泵的低温性能。对寒冷地区空调用热泵系统的样机进行了试验研究 ,结果表明 ,在 - 10℃~ - 15℃的低温环境中 ,该系统仍具有较高的制热能力和供暖温度 。
This paper presents a new heat pump cycle which can secure heating capacity at low ambient temperature by employing the scroll compressor with supplementary inlets. When the heat pump works in low temperature environment, the refrigerant from the condenser is injected in the compression chambers via the inlets to improve working process of the scroll compressor, so that the performance of heat pump is increased quickly. The heat pump prototype was tested and measured. The results demonstrate that the heat pump can realize high temperature water supply and high capacity even at the low ambient temperature of -10°C - -15°C. The developed heat pump system can be used for heating in cold regions.
