摘要
传统的超声波加工机床通常根据“形状拷贝”原理对工程陶瓷进行加工 ,其特点是工具沿直线方向一维进给 ,靠配重调整加工压力并实现工具的进给运动。本课题运用传感技术和数控技术 ,在Win dows平台上开发了一种开放式数控系统 ,采用“分层制造”方式 ,并对加工压力进行实时控制 ,可用简单形状工具实现陶瓷材料的三维复杂型面的加工。
Traditional ultrasonic machine tool usually manufactures engineering ceramics on principle of 'shape copy', its characteristic is that tool feeds in one dimension along straight line, with adjusting machining pressure and implementing feed movement of tool by equipped weight. This paper develops a kind of open NC system on Windows platform by applying sensor technology and NC technology, adopts idea of 'layered manufacturing', and controls machining pressure on real time, realizes simple tool machining of ceramics material with complicated shape in three dimensions accordingly.
