摘要
食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血是肝硬化门脉高压最严重的并发症之一 ,首次出血病死率高 ,易反复出血。经内镜注射硬化剂是有效的治疗方法 ,与组织粘合剂注射。
The bleeding of esopha gastric varix is one of most dangerous complications of cirrhosis of the liver.The mortality resulting from the first bleeding is very high and the re bleeding is often found.The endoscopic injection of harden agent is an effective treatment method.Besides that,the injection of tissue past agent combined with the endoscopic elasticband ligation may improve the efficiency of the treatment.
