摘要
目前流行的企业创业观是有严重缺陷的。鉴于创业投资与企业创业的密切关系 ,我们认为 :企业创业的本质是创业投资契约形成。
This paper puts forward that the essence of enterprise pioneering work is ventrue-capital -contract-come-into-being,on the basis of brief introduction on the popular view point on enterprise pioneering work,in order to correct the error on the realization to enterprise pioneering work.
