耳鼻咽喉科专业杂志中统计技术的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 对比研究国内部分耳鼻咽喉科专业杂志及本杂志发表的论著中统计分析方法使用率与存在的问题。方法 详细、系统地分析了 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年发表在本杂志上以临床医学为主的论著 10 1篇。结果 近 2年来本杂志论著中统计分析方法使用率为 6 5 .6 %。t检验和列联表分析方法 (χ2 检验 )为最常用的统计方法 ,使用率达 35 .1%。常见问题为论文中仅有P值而所用的统计分析方法交待不明 ,用t检验代替F检验进行 3组及以上组间的比较 ,用文字描述代替统计描述或 (和 )统计推断。结论 本研究结果说明本杂志论文中统计分析方法使用率较高 ,但在正确使用统计分析方法方面还存在未用。 Objective To discover the study of the utilization rate of statistical analytic method used by the treatises published in a internal otorhinolaryngological journal, and through the study of the problems still remaining in the method in this regard. Methods this paper is a detailed and systematical analysis of the 101 treatises——chiefly those dealing with clinical medicine, published in the journal in the years of 2000 to 2001. Results The utilization rate of the statistical analytic method used in the treatises published in this journal having reached as high as 65.6% in the last two years. T-test and contingency table test analytic method (χ 2 Test) are most commonly methods used with their utilization rate being as high as 35.1%. The common problems concerning the statistical analytic method of the journal lies in the fact that there is only P value in the treatises without a clear statement of the statistical analytic method used in connection with the above-mentioned ones, that F Test is substituted for with t-test in the comparison among three and more groups, and that statistical discription and /or statistical inferences are substituted for with word discription. Conclusion From the research shows that by employing in the treatises published in the journal the rather highly used statistical analytic method. There are, however, defects in the non-utilization of, less utilization of or even errors in the correct use of statistical analytic method.
