铝硅酸溶液中NaA型沸石分子筛膜合成规律的研究 被引量:8

摘要 对支撑体预处理、制膜液碱度、晶化温度和晶化时间对NaA型沸石分子筛膜性能的影响进行了综合研究 ,得出较优的条件是 ;支撑体采用去离子水浸泡 ,在 90℃条件下晶化 5小时 ,制膜液摩尔组成为Na2 O :SiO2 :Al2 O3:H2 O =8:1:0 .2 :2 0 0。SEM表明所合成的NaA型沸石分子筛在支撑体表面紧密排列形成膜层 ,膜厚约为 3μm ;NaA型沸石分子筛膜的氢气和氮气的渗透系数几乎不随平均压力变化而改变 ,其理想分离系数约为 5 ,高于Knudsen扩散值 。 The influences of chemical composition of the formation of zeolite membrane,pretreatment of support,temperature and time for synthesis were investigated synthetically.The optinum condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment.SEM indicates that NaA type zeolite membrane is formed on the surface of TiO 2 support by crystals arraying closely,of which thickness is about 3μm.The permeation of hydrogen and nitrogen through the NaA zeolite membrane change little with average pressure on both sides of the membrane and its permselectivity of H 2 to N 2 is about 5,which is more than that of Knudsen diffusion.It shows that the obtained NaA zeolite membrane possesses partial molecular sieving.
