摘要
目的对云南省老年人三项形态指标进行分析比较，并对其体格、体型做出正确评价，为老年保健制定对策提供科学数据。方法对云南省城乡、不同年龄及不同民族≥６０岁的老年人进行多点典型抽样调查，按全国统一标准，对其三项形态指标进行分析、评价。结果男女三项形态指标其均值随增龄而降低，城市大于农村，体重、身高、皮褶以迪庆州、昆明市较重、较高和较厚，藏族居其他民族之首；老年人的体型评价标准以“身高别体重”评价法较适合；由本次调查得出了云南省６０岁以上老年人“年龄别体重”和“身高别体重”评价标准。结论本次调查探讨了云南省老年人三项形态指标的变化规律，并由此研究得出的云南省６０岁以上老年人“年龄体重”和“身高体重”评价标准适合于对云南老年人营养状况及体型进行评价。
Objective To analyze and compare three bodily i ndices in the elderly of Yunnan Province,and to make proper assessment of their statues a nd figures in order to provide seientific data for working out deals about geriatric health care.Methods Multiple sampling survey among peop le≥60years old belonging to different a ge groups and various nations was carried out in cities and countries of Yunnan Province.Three bodily i ndices according to the national uni fied standard were analyzed and assessed.Results The mean value of all three bodily indices decreased by the increase of age in both males and females.It was greater in c ities than in countries.Increase of body weight,height or skin fold thic kness was more prominent in people of digging prefe cture and kunming city.The Tibeatn n ation ranged number one in compariso n to other nations.It was more appropriate to u se'height for weight 'method as figure assessment standard in the elderly.Assessment standard of'age for weight 'and that of'height for weight 'have been obtained from this samplin g survey if people≥60years old in Yunnan Province.Rule of varia tion in the three bodily indiees of elderly.Conclusions This study has revealed that it is appropriate to use'age for weight 'and'height for weight 'as assessment standard for people≥60years old in Yunnan Province when their nutritional con dition and body figure are evaluated.
