摘要:针对V型自由弯曲变形过程,通过实时测量的弯曲变形初始阶段的力—位移信息,利用神经网络技术,实现了材料性能参数的在线识别.将在线识别得到的材料性能参数与实验值进行了对比,证明了该在线识别方法的可靠和结果的正确,为弯曲加工智能化控制系统的研制奠定了基础.
A neural network technology was used to deal with V-free bending deformation and on-line identification of material properties through real time measuring information of force-displacement in the ini tial stage of bending deformation.Comparison between material properties got in on-line identification and experimental data show that the result of on-line identification is correct and the identification method is reliable,forming the basement of research on intelligent control system of bending deformation.
