阐述了采油厂井下作业系统实施HSE管理过程中存在的问题 ,针对存在的问题 ,指出了下一步开展HSE管理的方向。指出 ,领导重视是搞好HSE管理的前提 ;培训教育是搞好HSE管理的关键 ;
In view of the problems in the implementation of HSE management in the down-hole operation system of oil production units,it is argued that leaders'attention is the prerequisite for successful HSE management and that staff training is the key to successful HSE management,and that risk control is the focus of successful HSE management.
