摘要
随着扭矩传感器应用领域的扩大,逆磁致伸缩扭矩传感器也得到了不断的发展。本文简要地综述了基于逆磁致伸缩效应的扭矩传感器发展概况,介绍了它们的工作原理、结构特点、存在的问题及今后的发展趋势。
With application field of torque sensors being broadened, the reverse-magnetostrictive torque sensors are also developed. In this paper, the developing survey of torque sensors based on reverse-magnetostrictive effect is briefly reviewed, and its working principle, structural characteristics, existing shortage and developing trend are introduced.
