摘要
研究了在十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下 ,5 Cl PADAB与镍 的显色反应 ,结果表明 ,在 pH7 0NH4 Ac缓冲介质中 ,镍 与 5 Cl PADAB和十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成稳定的红紫色三元胶束络合物 ,可进行双峰双波长法测定微量镍 。镍 量在 0~ 15 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律。用于钢样中镍 含量的测定 。
The color reaction of nickel*'with 5 Cl PADAB in the presence of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonat (SDBS) was studied The results showed that in pH7 0 NH 4Ac buffer medium,nickel*'with 5 Cl PADAB and SDBS could form a stable red purple ternary micellar complex and nicke*' was determined by spectrophotometry with double peak and double wavelength The maximum absorption was at 540nm with the apparent molar absorptivity(ε)1 23×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-15μg/25mL for the concentration of nickel*',The method has been applied to the determination of nickel in steel with satisfactory results
